Parks & Recreation Board

The Parks and Recreation Board consists of seven members appointed by the City Council Personnel Committee and confirmed by the City Council, with each term a four-year commitment. The Parks and Recreation Board advises the city council and staff on matters relating to planning, acquisition, development and operation of park facilities and recreational programs within the city. 

The board members currently meet on the 3rd Monday of each month at 5PM. The Medina Park Board has moved to hybrid meetings, offering both in-person and online meeting participation. MMC Chapter 2.24 Parks & Recreation Board
