MMC 6.04.040 - A license is required for all dogs and cats over the age of six (6) months owned by any person residing within the city. License tags shall be securely attached or affixed to the licensed animal at all times. Failure to obtain a license shall constitute an infraction, punishable by a fine of $25.00.

Seasonal rules apply for dogs in Medina Park. Please review MMC 12.24.025 for further information.
