Boards and Commission Application
Thank you for your interest in serving on a City of Medina advisory board or commission. All advisory boards and commission provide an invaluable service to the city. Effective citizen participation is an invaluable tool for local government.
Appointments to boards and commissions are made by a vote of the City Council during a regularly scheduled meeting. Generally, terms run July 1 through June 30, for a four-year period. Members are citizen volunteers without compensation. To be considered for a board or commission, you must live within city limits of the City of Medina.
The Medina Parks and Recreation Board meets on the 3rd Monday of the month at 5:00 p.m.
The Medina Planning Commission meets on the 4th Tuesday of the month at 4:00 p.m.
