Public Hearing - April 13, 2026 - Interim Official Control Ordinance (IOC) on bulk building regulations

Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Medina will hold a Hybrid Public Hearing via Teleconference Zoom Meeting and In-Person at Medina City Hall on MONDAY, APRIL 13, 2026, at 6:00 PM or as soon thereafter as called by the City Council, regarding the Interim Official Control Ordinance (IOC) on bulk building regulations.

The Medina City Council has moved to hybrid meetings, offering both in-person and online meeting participation.

Please see below for ways to participate and comment during the Hybrid public hearing.

Register to Speak: Individuals wishing to speak live during the Hybrid Public Hearing will need to register their request with the Acting City Clerk at 425.233.6410 or email dnations@medina-wa.gov and leave a message before 2PM on the day of theApril 13 Council meeting. Please reference Public Hearing for April 13 Council Meeting on your correspondence. The Acting City Clerk will call on you by name or telephone number when it is your turn to speak. ​

Written Comments: Written comments may be submitted to the Acting City Clerk at dnations@medina-wa.gov.  Written comments must be received by 2PM on April 13, 2026.  All comments timely received will be forwarded to the Council before the meeting. A brief summary of the comments will be included in the minutes of the meeting.
