2025 - Medina Tennis Court Fencing
New fencing is being installed at the Fairweather and Medina Park Tennis Courts! The updated chain-link design features a smaller weave that offers added durability and increased privacy for players. Closures for the improvements are as follows:
Fairweather Tennis Courts November 17th – Dec. 2nd
Medina Park Tennis Court December 2nd – 16th

Status Updates
November 24, 2025:
Due to materials delivery, we will now be finishing the Fairweather tennis court on November 28, 2025. Our contractor plans to start Medina Park courts on December 1, with a projected completion date of December 12 at the latest. They chose not to begin Medina Park until Fairweather is fully completed so the community can continue to use at least one park during the work.
December 2, 2025:
Fairweather courts work completed subject to final inspection. Medina Park courts to be closed through December 16th.
