T-Mobile USA Inc. - Proposed Small Wireless Facility

Project Summary:  T-Mobile USA Inc. (“T-Mobile”) has proposed a small wireless facility (“SWF”) project to be located in the City of Medina right-of-way (“ROW”) on 84th Ave. NE, near the corner of 84th Ave. NE and Overlake Drive West.  The SWF will involve a new replacement Puget Sound Energy utility pole and a separately located underground equipment vault.  The proposed project will provide enhanced wireless coverage to Medina.  A photo simulation of the proposed project is noted on the bottom of this notice. In compliance with MMC 15.14.030.F.2.
